Misha De Larkin is the Senior Director of IT Legal & Compliance, Global License Management Chief, Global Chair for Women in Tech employee resource group, and a member of the Global Inclusion Council. She joined Flex in 2016, after spending 10 years of her career in Cisco’s Legal Department, followed by 10 years in Adobe Legal. She joined Flex IT to build a collaborative partnership between IT and Legal Compliance. Misha also leads the team responsible for IT Asset Management and compliance investigations, as well as the Program Management team responsible for sourcing, designing, and implementing solutions for Enterprise IT, Security, and Compliance.Misha earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in clinical and counseling psychology, as well a certification in industrial organizations. She volunteers her time working with victims of domestic violence and their families. Misha is also dyslexic and hearing impaired and believes that you can overcome most challenges in life.
