Clare has more than 20 years’ senior management experience working across multiple sectors such as motor retail, high street retail, telecoms and software, always in  fast-paced organisations undertaking transformation and change programmes including M&A activity.   Clare has been employed by Jardine Motors Group, as Group HRD since April 2015.

Clare is passionate about bringing greater diversification into the UK workplace and is a key industry figure in changing perceptions that automotive retail can offer a fulfilling and enjoyable career for talented people.

Part of her work to campaign in this area includes being an ambassador for Retail Week’s Be Inspired initiative, as well as a regular speaker for Speakers 4 Schools, Women Ahead and the Automotive 30% Club.  Clare’s commitment to inspiring future female leaders was recognized in this year’s Autocar’s Great British Women where she was awarded 2018 winner in the HR category.

Clare holds a post graduate diploma in HR Management, is a Fellow member of the CIPD and has a Masters certificate with the Financial Times in Non-Executive Directorship. In 2016, Clare along with her team were awarded Global HR team of the year and engagement strategy by Jardine Matheson Group.
