Margaret has been at Jaguar Land Rover for her entire career.  Starting as a graduate trainee she was the first female manager in manufacturing at Jaguar and the first mother to reach senior manager in purchasing.   She has managed teams of up to 50 people in a variety of roles in production purchasing, non-production purchasing, programmes and best cost country sourcing.  Since 2018 she has been based in Slovakia with a team in Slovakia and Hungry as Head of Purchasing for Central and Eastern Europe.  Jaguar Land Rover is committed to diversity with many positive policies to enable our people to perform at their best.
