Dr. Sandra Mähner Project manager and ambassador for profession, family and private life, Capgemini Dr Sandra Mähner is a diploma chemist. She received her PhD in Theoretical Chemistry at University of Stuttgart with dissertation on „Selbstkonsistente Multikonfigurationsmethoden zur Berechnung molekularer Schwingungsniveaus“. The development of a new Vibrational multiconfiguration selfconsistent field theory (VMCSCF) in the area of quantum chemistry. In the year 2012 she started her work as IT project manager in a medium-sized business coaching international projects for customer in energy industry. Since 2018 Mrs. Mähner is with Capgemini and works as project manager in the field of custom solution development for the automotive industry. Her focus is the development of customer specific solutions to support the processes in the automotive industry significantly. In parallel she is ambassador for profession, family and private life. The aim is to broaden the knowledge within the company and to win the willingness of the customer for new models of working time regulation in compatibility of family and career.
