Dr. Christiane Feder-Andres

Vice President, Capgemini

 

Christiane Feder-Andres started her career path with studying Informatics at FAU Erlangen-Nuernberg where after finishing her master’s degree she went on to receive her PhD in 1990.

After completing her education, Dr. Feder-Andres joined IBM as a Consultant and Project Manager in 1990 before finally coming to Capgemini in 1992.

Prior to her current role as Vice President and People Supply Chain Lead at Capgemini, Dr. Fed‚‚‚‚er-Andres worked as Unit Manager with Business and People Responsibility in the Public Sector and later as Head of Delivery for Division Service Industries with a people responsibility of 600 people in six locations in Germany.

Her current role as People Supply Chain Lead entails operational and strategic supply chain management of local practices, global Business lines, the Nearshore Center and the Farshore Center assigned to Germany.
Dr. Feder-Andres is the founder and executive sponsor of the German initiative Women@Capgemini and she is a member of the supervisory board of Capgemini Germany.
