Caroline is a 20-year career digital transformation, innovation & strategy consulting executive. She has built and lead global teams that have imagined and successfully delivered transformative initiatives at some of the world’s most powerful brands, including Slalom, IBM, BMW, ExxonMobil, Omnicom, Volkswagen, Hilton, Gannett, AARP, lululemon and AOL. As Head of Digital for Slalom DC, she is responsible for creatively integrating the modern consultancy’s digital sentiment into the market. She is also creator and editor-in-chief of The Voices Collection, a digital content platform, the co-host of the Gloss Over Podcast and an international keynote speaker. She is passionate about being a catalyst for growth in individuals, collectives and cultures. She promotes vulnerability, empathy and discipline. She engages in real talk, challenges the status quo, sparks sought after change, curates connections and generates desired impact. She focuses on creating experiences that evoke emotions, leave impressions, boost empowerment and build intimacy, in both the digital and analogue worlds. Caroline is Canadian-American: she was born and grew up in Montréal, immigrated to the US in 1992 and earned her American Citizenship in 2012. Her first language is French; she also studies German to satisfy her cultural curiosity and in hopes of achieving her aspiration to take her career’s next step to Europe.
